Technical information, such as IP address and browser type, which our hosting provider records in server logs for security purposes.

How we use it

To respond to your enquiry, arrange a visit and provide quotations (legitimate interests / steps prior to a contract).
To carry out work, issue certificates and invoices, and meet legal obligations, including building regulations notification and record keeping (contract / legal obligation).
To protect our website against spam and abuse (legitimate interests).

We don't sell your information or use it for marketing without your consent.

Sharing

We share information only where necessary: with our hosting and email providers, with NAPIT and local authority building control for notifiable work, with our accountants, and where required by law. Where you're a tenant, we may share job details with your landlord or managing agent who instructed the work.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Job records and certificates are kept for as long as needed for legal, insurance and warranty purposes.
